Meet the Team

Christella, Office Administrator

When you call our office or come in for a visit, Christella is one of the friendly team who greets you. If you have a question about your insurance, she’s your expert. As an insurance benefits specialist, Christella is key in providing a great patient experience and making appointments stress-free. Born and raised in Denver, Christella joined our practice in 1999 and has 28 years of experience. She loves working with Dr. Bausch very simply because he loves being a dentist! Christella also admits that her reason for coming to work each day is the opportunity to assist our patients.

Married with two sons, two daughters, and five grandchildren, Christella has a wonderful and busy family life. Her favorite pastimes? Cooking for her family and friends, and spending time with her grandkids.

Eileen, Office Manager

Our behind the scenes coordinator, Eileen, keeps our office running like a well-oiled machine. Born and raised in Colorado, Eileen attended Colorado State University and joined the Mile High Smiles team in 1985. With 25 years of experience, she’s an invaluable asset and knows how to hold down the fort with a firm but gentle hand. Eileen has a knack for relating to our patients and she enjoys her part in creating great smiles. She regards our team of consummate professionals as the best she’s worked with making it a pleasure to step through our office doors each day.

With all these accomplishments, Eileen asserts there is nothing more important than family and is proud grandmother to six amazing grandkids. In her free time, she enjoys golfing and traveling.

Crystal, Office Administrator

Crystal earned her dental assisting and radiology certificate from Warren Tech in 1998. She began her career with Mile High Smiles as a dental assistant in 2004 and now uses her knowledge of dentistry and problem solving prowess at our front desk. Crystal skillfully assists our patients with everything from insurance benefits to after-hours emergency calls, and Dr. Bausch still relies on her capable, kind, and detailed chairside assisting as well. She enjoys working with our dynamic team and is inspired daily by Dr. Bausch’s love of dentistry and our patients.

Crystal is happily married to her high school sweetheart and enjoys family time with her 19-year-old stepson and three-year-old daughter.

Elizabeth, Dental Hygienist

Elizabeth provides one-on-one preventive dental care to our patients and with 35 years of experience, she’s a pro. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor’s degree from Baylor College of Dentistry and attends hours of continuing education courses every year to consistently provide the service our patients deserve. She joined Mile High Smiles in 1992. A self-professed people person, she enjoys working on a great team and adores our wonderful patients. Elizabeth also finds herself impressed daily by Dr. Bausch’s attentive care to his patients and his team!

Family is very important to Elizabeth who has two grown daughters. She also likes entertaining friends, fireplaces, and a good cup of coffee!

Kelly, Expanded Duties Dental Assistant

Our wonderful dental assistant, Kelly, knew Dr. Bausch as a patient first. She enjoyed our fun loving and caring practice so much, she joined our team in 1996! Kelly holds an Associate’s degree in dental assisting and radiography, a certification in expanded duties dental assisting, and has over 200 hours of continuing dental education. Kelly truly loves her job and it shows! Her favorite part of being a dental assistant is making our patients smile and she’s glad for the opportunity to work with such a talented and caring team.

When she’s not assisting Dr. Bausch, Kelly enjoys spending time with her daughter, exercising, playing sports, and cooking.

Rachel, Dental Assistant and Sterilization Technician

A Denver native, Rachel attended the University of Northern Colorado, the Colorado School of Dental Assisting, and received her dental assisting and radiology certificate in 2009. Rachel first met Dr. Bausch as a patient at the tender age of three and still sees him for her dentistry today. Rachel joined Mile High Smiles as a dental assistant after her graduation and is loving every minute of it! She truly has a passion for dentistry, as well as our patients, and they appreciate her calming demeanor and great sense of humor.

Outside of the office, Rachel “relaxes” by snowboarding, playing volleyball, hiking, and cheering on her beloved Denver Nuggets!

Tina, Registered Dental Hygienist

Originally from Kansas, Tina joined our practice in 1995. Her 16 years of experience and extensive training allow her to provide our patients with excellent customer service and exceptional care. Tina attended undergraduate courses at Kansas State University and received her bachelor’s of dental science from the University of Missouri, Kansas City Dental School in 1994. She loves to interact with our patients, helping them achieve their smile goals. Tina’s favorite part of working at Mile High Smiles? Being a part of the dental team with the best sense of humor in town!

Tina is married with two sons and adores being a mom! When she can muster up some free time, she enjoys biking, hiking, skiing, golf, teaching kickboxing, cooking, camping, and traveling!
