Your First Visit

Please bring your completed new patient forms to your first visit. Our front-office personnel will input the information in our system to establish you as a patient of Mile High Smiles.

Before your exam, Dr. Bausch will discuss the reasons for your visit. He’ll perform a comprehensive exam that includes a check of teeth, jaw, and soft tissues. We’ll use an intraoral camera that provides pictures of the inside your mouth and take a full set of digital X-rays. Dr. Bausch will utilize our VELscope or ViziLite to perform an oral cancer screening and, in the absence of any pressing dental issues, one of our experience hygienists will provide you with a gentle, thorough cleaning.

Following your exam, Dr. Bausch will explain his findings and discuss recommended treatments.

Payment & Insurance Information

You may pay for your dental work with cash, personal check, or credit card (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa). Our office also accepts dental insurance and files claims as a courtesy to our patients. Dr. Bausch is a premier provider for Delta Dental.

Emergency Dental Care

Dr. Bausch provides emergency dental care for new and established patients. Contact our office when your emergency occurs, and we’ll work you in between previously scheduled appointments. If you call after business hours, you’ll hear a recording with information on how to reach Dr. Bausch.
